Our fee structure is in accordance with the provisions and fee structures found in the Uniform Rules of the Magistrates’ Court and the High Court.
Fees for a non - urgent basis:
This is done in an attempt to assist clients and make the employment of a cost consultant more cost effective. We offer a more reasonable drawing free than the standard drawing fee in the industry.
Fees on an urgent basis
Should a bill need to be drafted within a week of receiving instructions, the drawing fee is calculated in terms of Rule 70 of the Uniform Rules of Court and the structure is as follows:
Fees for drawing a Bill of Cost
11% of the fees drafted
Fees for attending taxation
11% of the first R10 000,00 6% of the second R10 000,00 3% of the balanceFees for opposing a Bill of Cost
10% of the savings on the completed allocator after taxation, i.e. 10% of the difference between completed untaxed allocator and completed taxed allocator.
We have an individualised drawing and attendance fee arrangement with each of our clients which is best suited for each work relationship.
